Mark was great to work with. He was very thorough and professional with his inspection. He answered any questions and explained everything very well onsite and his report was even better. I will recommend him to anyone I know buying houses in the future.

Mark performed a thorough inspection and was extremely helpful with information and follow up. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. He has a vast amount of experience to draw from and his years of experience in all areas of home maintenance and repair really shined through. On top of all of that, he was a heck of a nice guy! Mark came out to our home to help us with multiple issues that we have discovered since buying our home. Long story short, we had several issues that were disguised by our sellers, that we have since been discovering one by one. We do not know much about home repairs or water/mold damage, and he helped to guide us to the appropriate people/services. He was honest, kind and extremely knowledgable. He stayed and answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease for the first time in this lengthy process.

Mark was a consummate professional. Checked everything, and I mean everything - allowed me to tag along as he checked outside and inside both. I was able to ask questions and received very thorough answers. Price was very reasonable and he was quick to accommodate my needs and was on time for the inspection. Not only did he point out features that could be an issue in the future but he provided advice on such things. He was also very timely in providing a detailed report subsequent to the inspection.

Mark goes above and beyond. He was extremely patient and understanding. I followed him through the townhouse he was inspecting for me and my boyfriend. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Mark was very professional and made the two hour long home inspection quite interesting! Would highly recommend.

I never had to hire a home inspector before, so the experience was new to me. And I can't imagine a person could be more thorough, professional and knowledgeable than Mark.His organized check list included just about everything from the roof to the basement, exterior and interior. Not only does Mark have the knowledge, he explains everything in a way I could understand it. Since I have had the opportunity to work with 3 inspectors over the last 10 years. From plumbing, electric, concrete, flooring, roofing and more, he has the knowledge in all areas. This is hard to find in an inspector. I will be using him moving forward on all future inspections.
